Now, with the localization of a new type of flooded shell-and-tube evaporators, the company has taken yet another step toward enhancing the efficiency and quality of high-capacity compression liquid chillers.

The NEXUS^TM series chillers, equipped with screw compressors, microchannel condensers, and flooded evaporators, offer stable performance with high efficiency and low power consumption to our valued customers. The use of R134a refrigerant, low-noise axial fans, and programmable controllers makes the NEXUS^TM series chillers suitable for all industrial, residential, hotel, office, hospital, mall, and other applications.

By using flooded evaporators and micro-channel condensers, we have been able to increase the capacity and efficiency of the devices while reducing their price and size. This series of chillers is offered in two main groups: “Low Noise” and “Standard Noise.” The Low Noise series chillers, equipped with compressor soundproof cabins and “Night Mode” operation, are designed to produce the lowest noise levels throughout the day and night. The noise level in these chillers is reduced by up to 20% compared to the Standard Noise series. These features make the Low Noise series an ideal choice for noise-sensitive environments such as residential complexes, hotels, hospitals, and more.

Both groups of these chillers are designed in four classifications: T3, T2, T1, and ECO series. Each series has its own unique features and specifications to cater to different needs and conditions.

T3 classification:

This series of models is designed to operate in the tropical climate conditions (maximum temperature of 52°C to 55°C). The Eurovent energy grade class is at the highest level (A, A+). The T3 chiller will have a higher price compared to other series due to robust design and manufacturing features.

T2 classification:

This series of models is designed to operate in hot and moderate weather conditions (maximum temperature of 50°C to 52.5°C). The Eurovent energy classes are of A and B.

T1 classification:

This series of models is designed to have a lower price than the T3 and T2 series, and an Eurovent energy class of B and C. The operating temperature conditions of this device (maximum temperature of 46°C to 50°C) are compatible with most regions of the country. classification ECO:

The ECO series represents the most economical offering in Tahvieh Arvand’s air-cooled screw chiller lineup. These units are designed for regular applications. Notably, the maximum ambient operating temperature for this series range from 43°C to 48°C, making them suitable for use in most regions with moderate climates.
